Shipping & Return Policy

1. Shipping Policy

Local Delivery (Terrace, BC)

Same-day delivery available for all in-stock parts when ordered before 2:00 PM. However, orders placed after 2:00 PM will be delivered next business day and delivery charges $5–$10, depending on location and order size. Free delivery for orders over $150.

Regional Delivery (Kitimat, Prince Rupert, Smithers)

1–2 business days for in-stock parts shipped from our Terrace warehouse. All shipments include tracking and insurance, delivery partners like Purolator, Canada Post, FedEx and shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on weight and distance.

Special Order Items

EV & hybrid specialty components that are not in stock may require 5–10 business days. Customers are notified of ETA before paying. A deposit may be required for high-value parts.

Order Tracking

Customers receive order confirmation, tracking number and delivery updates via email or SMS.


2. Return & Exchange Policy

General Returns

Returns accepted within 15 days of purchase. Parts must be: Unused in original packaging and free of installation marks or damage.

Refund Method

Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after inspection. Refunds are issued back to the original payment method and the shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If the wrong item is shipped or the part arrives damaged, we will provide free replacement or full refund. Customer must report the issue within 3 days of receiving the order.

Warranty Claims

Most parts include a manufacturer warranty ranging from 6–24 months. EV & hybrid components include extended warranties where applicable. Warranty claims requires proof of purchase, description of the issue and photos if requested.

Non-Returnable Items

Electrical components installed items showing wear or installation marks and custom-order or special-order parts (unless defective).


3. Exchange Policy

Exchanges allowed for compatible part replacements within 15 days. If the new item is higher priced, the customer pays the difference. Local exchanges at the Terrace warehouse are free of charge.
